TGA's TOPS - Strength and Conditioning Class



The Gymnastics Academy is now offering a TOPS STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASS for all athletes!


This class is designed for current TGA gymnasts who want to improve their skill level through conditioning and strength. 

TGA's TOPS STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING CLASS is also available to athletes in other sports, who need to improve in their particular strength and endurance level.    

If a gymnast is currently a TGA member, the pricing is:

  • $45 per four week session offered on Wednesdays from 4:30-6:15 pm
  • $90 per four week session offered on Wednesdays from 4:30-7:30 pm
  • $15 per Wednesday meeting from 4:30-6:15 pm
  • $25 per Wednesday meeting from 4:30-7:30 pm

If you are a non-member, but an athlete aspiring to improve, the price is:

  • $50 per four week session offered on Wednesdays from 4:30-6:15 pm
  • $100 per four week session offered on Wednesdays from 4:30-7:30
  • $20 per Wednesday meeting from 4:30-6:15 pm
  • $30 per Wednesday meeting 4:30-7:30 pm

New TGA All Stars!



The Gymnastics Academy is offering a cheer class for Northland cheerleaders starting on Saturday October 14th! 

TGA All Star Classes will run on Saturday mornings from 11:00-12:00. 

Sign up for classes (and a free trial) to use the Northland's state-of-the-art facility in learning new cheer routines, jumps and tumbling!

TGA's Amanda Visina will be instructing the class, who is certified in the AACCA, NFHS and Motions Jumps and Tumbling.
